Our Origin

Lundquist Capital LLC was established on September 5, 2024, as the formal parent company for our family’s business initiatives. Rather than launching one-off projects in isolation, we chose to build a single, stable structure that could support current and future ventures under one aligned vision.

The company reflects our belief that serious work deserves serious structure: clear ownership, thoughtful risk management, and documented processes that make it possible to operate like a real business—not just a hobby.

Lundquist Capital LLC is led by a U.S. Army veteran with decades of experience supporting complex operations and logistics for the military. That background shows up in how we plan, execute, and improve the ventures we choose to build.

At the same time, this is a family company. Decisions are made with our family’s long-term well-being and legacy in mind, not quarterly optics. Our goal is simple: build real, durable value—and train the next generation to manage it wisely.

What the Holding Company Does

Lundquist Capital LLC does not primarily exist to sell products or services directly. Instead, it exists to support, govern, and strengthen the ventures and platforms beneath it.

Strategy & Direction

Define the long-term vision, select which ventures to pursue, and periodically review whether each project still fits our goals and risk tolerance.

Governance & Structure

Maintain the legal, financial, and operational structures that keep each venture organized: DBAs, documentation, policies, and oversight.

Capital Allocation

Decide how and when to deploy capital into existing or new ventures, balancing growth with resilience and protecting the downside.

Systems & Standards

Develop repeatable processes, checklists, and playbooks so that each operating business or platform runs more smoothly over time.

How the Portfolio Is Evolving

Lundquist Capital LLC is intentionally structured to support more than one type of initiative. Some ventures may be operating businesses with direct infrastructure, revenue, and systems. Others may be mission-driven platforms designed to educate, serve, or create long-term strategic value.

Today, that includes ventures such as Lundquist Digital Mining and the Financial Readiness Initiative. Over time, the portfolio may continue to expand into adjacent areas where disciplined execution, strong governance, and long-term thinking create an advantage.

About the Founder

Kevin P. Lundquist is a U.S. Army veteran and the founder of Lundquist Capital LLC. His career began in military operations and logistics, where he supported mission-critical environments that demanded precision, accountability, and disciplined execution.

After transitioning into civilian federal service, Kevin continued working in structured operational roles—experience that shaped his systems-driven, long-term approach to building businesses.

He created Lundquist Capital LLC to establish a stable, unified structure for his family’s ventures and future initiatives. His work is grounded in values learned through service: integrity, operational excellence, and a commitment to leaving things better than he found them.

Today, Kevin leads Lundquist Capital LLC with a focus on disciplined strategy, durable value creation, and family-centered stewardship.
